Inside Sales Executive – Real Estate

Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: BTM Layout 2nd stage.
Reports To: Sales Manager.

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can effectively communicate with potential clients, generate interest in our projects, and convert inquiries into successful sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond promptly to inbound leads from digital campaigns, property portals, and walk-ins.
  • Understand client requirements such as budget, location, and property preferences to suggest suitable project options.
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Convert qualified leads into site visits and assist the field sales team in coordinating the same.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM software or Excel.
  • Provide detailed project information, pricing, and payment plans to clients and address their queries effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback from clients and improve lead quality.
  • Strive to achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing to offer clients informed advice.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in BBA / BBM / Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Experience: 0–1 years of experience in real estate inside sales, tele calling, or customer service (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
  • Result-driven with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment with daily call and lead follow-up metrics.

Work Schedule

  • Days: Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
