About the Role

We're looking for passionate and dynamic B2B sales professionals for our Offline Execution Team based out of Bangalore. This is a full-time work-from-office role that involves engaging with schools, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of offline Olympiads and other programs.

Key Responsibilities

School Engagement & Outreach:Visit schools regularly to build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, and key decision-makers.Onboard new schools for offline Olympiads and drive monthly participation targets (aim: 2000+ prelims from grades 612).

Consultative B2B Sales:

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, product demo, and onboarding to post-sales service.Educate school leaders about enhancing their academic programs with future skills and Olympiad participation.

Execution & Field Coordination:Ensure end-to-end execution of offline assessments.Maintain conversion targets between 20%40%.

KPIs & Expectations

Meet daily/weekly goals for school visits, meetings, and signups.Strong follow-up and coordination to ensure successful program execution.Maintain a six-day working schedule (9 hours/day).

Who Can Apply

1- 4 years of experience in K-12 B2B EdTech sales (e.g., Byjus, Lead School, Teachmint, etc.)Graduation (B.Tech preferred), MBA is a plus.Excellent communication, relationship-building & field execution skills.Willingness to work from office in Bangalore and travel locally as per requirement.
