Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven and persuasive Inside Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the E-Learning industry . The ideal candidate will counsel students and parents, conduct product demos, and drive subscription-based sales. This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments , understand consumer learning behavior , and are passionate about the K12 and professional education segment . Key Responsibilities Provide counseling sessions to guide students and parents on learning needs and solutions Schedule and conduct online product demo sessions regularly, including follow-ups Identify customer pain points and explain the need for effective, smart learning solutions Advise and convert prospects to paid subscribers by showcasing platform value Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and drive successful sales closures Continuously update product knowledge and sharpen sales strategies to meet growing targets Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets Build and manage a strong, consistent pipeline of leads Conduct both online and offline demos effectively and persuasively Requirements Education & Experience Minimum 1 year of proven inside sales experience in the E-Learning industry Experience in consumer-facing sales roles with a strong record of target achievement Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one regional language Strong understanding of consumer behavior , especially among students and parents Ability to present confidently and deliver compelling product demos Resilience and a relentless drive to meet and exceed business targets Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritisation skills Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable in approach
