Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify new opportunities. - Set clear marketing goals and KPIs, and track performance to ensure objectives are met. 2. Brand Management: - Oversee brand development and positioning to ensure consistent messaging and a strong market presence. - Enhance brand equity through innovative campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences. 3. Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and social media. - Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency. 4. Strategic Partnerships & External Alliances - Identify and build strategic marketing partnerships with content platforms, media houses, test prep firms, and education influencers. - Co-create thought leadership content and campaigns with partner brands and publishers. - Lead sponsorships, PR, and third-party event partnerships to boost brand salience and trust. 5. Team Leadership: - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Provide guidance and support for professional development and career growth within the team. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives. - Ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with overall company strategy and initiatives. 7. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behavior. - Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and refine marketing strategies. 8. Stakeholder Management : - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and public relations opportunities.
