Inside Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients across the

    GCC market

    to introduce our IT services and solutions.
  • Qualify leads effectively based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, and alignment with our offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to schedule meetings, demos, and solution workshops for qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) with accurate and timely information to ensure robust pipeline management.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation, qualification, and pipeline targets aligned with GCC sales goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies specific to the GCC region.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of company services, including software development, cloud services, cybersecurity, managed IT services, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Utilize presales skills to communicate technical IT solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives by providing market feedback and contributing to pitch materials and proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or presales roles within IT services or technology.
  • Proven track record of working with clients in the

    GCC region

    or strong understanding of the GCC market dynamics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in simple terms.
  • Demonstrated presales experience, including qualifying leads, managing demos, and supporting solution selling.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools for effective prospecting and pipeline tracking.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support sales and delivery excellence.
