Inside Sales Account Manager

· Promote and sell Indusface application security products – AppTrana WAF, Web Application Scanner, and related offerings in the APAC region.

· Identify, research, and solicit potential clients through data mining and market research.

· Engage with prospects via calls and emails to qualify leads and build strong sales pipelines.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored security solutions.

· Prepare and deliver techno-commercial proposals aligned with client needs.

· Drive sales growth by managing both new client acquisition and renewals within existing accounts.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships through effective account management and after-sales support.

· Identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities between SSL and product customers.

· Maintain accurate records and account status in Zoho CRM and provide timely updates during bi-weekly sales meetings.

· Collaborate with internal teams and perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

· 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT/security/software domain.

· Strong understanding of application security and SaaS-based products is a plus.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.

· Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
