Inside Sales Account Manager

You will be working with India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company that has a network of over 1,500 Schools, operating successfully for the past 25 years. As a valuable member of the team in SantaCruz East, Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be data scraping through effective communication with customers. This involves making outbound calls to potential customers, following up diligently to generate warm and hot prospects, analyzing customers" needs, identifying sales opportunities, and addressing queries to enhance engagement. Staying informed about product and service updates is crucial to provide prospects with the latest information. Creating and managing a database of existing and potential customers, staying updated on competition, researching new data sources, qualifying leads, closing sign-ups, and achieving monthly targets will also be part of your role. - Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up diligently to generate warm and hot prospects - Analyze customers" needs, identify sales opportunities, and address queries to enhance engagement - Stay informed about product and service updates to provide prospects with the latest information - Create and manage a database of existing and potential customers - Stay abreast of competition updates, research new data sources, qualify leads, and achieve monthly targets - Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales - Proficiency in Tamil/Telegu is mandatory - Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time is preferred,
