Inside Sales Account Manager

You will be working with India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company that boasts a network of over 1,500 Schools. The company has been successfully operating for the past 25 years, consistently staying ahead of the curve and driving change in the educational landscape. As a valuable member of the team located in SantaCruz East, Mumbai, your responsibilities will include data scraping through effective communication with customers. This involves making outbound calls to potential customers and diligently following up with them to generate warm and hot prospects. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze customers" needs, identify sales opportunities, and address any queries raised by potential customers to enhance engagement. Staying informed about product and service updates is crucial in order to provide prospects with the latest information. You will also be tasked with creating and managing a database of both existing and potential customers, while keeping abreast of competition updates. Additionally, researching new sources of data and qualifying leads will be part of your role, ultimately leading to closing sign-ups and achieving monthly targets.
