We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager with a strong technical background in vulnerability patching, OS and Linux server administration, Jenkins pipeline creation, and automation. The ideal candidate will lead and manage complex infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards for security, reliability, and automation efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects involving vulnerability patching, OS upgrades, and Linux server administration.
Plan, coordinate, and manage infrastructure deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, development, and operations to implement and enforce security patching protocols.
Drive automation initiatives to optimize server management, deployment processes, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Design and manage Jenkins pipelines and automation workflows to improve deployment efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; propose mitigation strategies proactively.
Manage infrastructure configurations, capacity planning, and system upgrades to ensure high availability and performance.
Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices around patch management, automation scripting, and server administration.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
Requirements:
12-15 years of professional experience in infrastructure management and project delivery.
Expertise in vulnerability patching processes and OS/Linux server administration.
Hands-on experience designing and managing Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD automation.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects and cross-functional teams.
In-depth understanding of security compliance, risk management, and vulnerability remediation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and OnPrem Infrastructure.
Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, RHCE, or relevant security credentials.
