Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, IT infrastructure projects. This role has a critical focus on enhancing our organization's resilience by managing and maturing our Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical infrastructure background combined with a proven track record of managing BCP/DR programs, and cloud services projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (Core)

• Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple high-priority infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon scope and quality.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk registers, communication plans, and budgets.
• Manage project stakeholders effectively, providing clear, concise, and timely updates to technical teams, business units, and executive leadership.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and managed service providers to ensure accountability and successful delivery of services.
• Ensure all project documentation is created, maintained, and finalized upon project completion.

Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (Specialization)

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the enterprise-wide BCP and IT Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
• Collaborate with business leaders to conduct regular Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify critical systems, processes, and recovery time objectives (RTOs/RPOs).
• Oversee the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of IT DR plans for critical infrastructure, applications, and services (on-premise and cloud).
• Plan, coordinate, and execute regular DR tests and exercises, including tabletop simulations, component tests, and full failover/failback tests.
• Analyze results from DR tests to identify gaps, report findings to leadership, and manage remediation plans to improve recovery capabilities.
• Serve as the primary project manager for any active disaster recovery situation, coordinating technical teams and communication.
• Ensure all new infrastructure solutions are designed with resilience, scalability, and security in mind, aligning with BCP/DR requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience:

  10-12+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 5-7 years dedicated to managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in leading or working with ISO 22301 is a plus;
• Proven experience in application integration, or work closely with software development team is a plus;
• HA (High Availability) design experience is a plus.

• Mandatory BCP/DR Experience:

  Proven, hands-on experience in leading and managing BCP/DR program initiatives, including BIAs, plan development, and full-scale testing.

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional)

  or

  PRINCE2 Practitioner

  (Strongly Preferred).

• BCP/DR Certification:

  CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), EDRP (Certified Disaster Recovery Professional), or similar preferred
