Job Title: Global Technology Delivery Leader Location: Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished Global Technology Delivery Leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, cloud integration, and cognitive automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives, driving multi-million-dollar cost savings, and achieving significant revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage global delivery and operations for digital transformation, cloud integration, and cognitive automation projects. Oversee P&L management, ensuring strong margins and revenue growth. Spearhead strategic initiatives in key growth areas such as Network Solutions, IoT, Digital Engineering, and Infrastructure Services. Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve delivery governance and customer satisfaction. Build and lead high-performing global teams, ensuring rapid resource ramp-up and talent grooming. Drive business development efforts, winning new deals and expanding customer base. Represent the company at international forums and conferences, showcasing thought leadership in technology and industry standards. Candidate should possess leadership skill and strong Delivery skill. Good experience in a similar role with hands-on experience telecommunications industry across OSS / BSS Candidate should own delivery of large programs (managed services, transformation) and accounts and deliver as per the commitments to Customer. Must have managed a team of Onsite, Offshore managers to deliver customer commitments. Candidate should lead from front and exhibit technical, analytical, and logical thinking. Candidate should own and take accountability for managerial tasks of program from resource planning/hiring, transitioning, coaching/mentoring, reporting. Candidate should be accountable for Revenue Growth, Margin improvement, Customer and Employee satisfaction, bringing Innovation into the account Candidate should be fluent with communication/articulation, and presentation skills. Should be adept in Pre-sales, both regarding mining existing accounts and responding to RFPs/ RFIs Establish quick rapport with Customers by solving their expectations. Be ready to travel, meet & present to customers as required. Candidate should have full control of the projects in the accounts to provide updates to Management and Customer anytime. Candidate should have contributed to business value adds, CII (Continuous Improvement and Innovation) initiatives, Gen Ai and automations to improve productivity, improve overall CSAT and NPS Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands. Research best practices and use continuous process improvement to achieve results.
