We’re Hiring: IT Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager

Location: Shirwal (Pune), India

Industry: Pharma Packaging Manufacturing

About the Role

Lead IT service delivery, manage infrastructure, and oversee local & global IT projects for our India operations. Ensure business-aligned IT services, infrastructure uptime, and exceptional internal customer experience.

Responsibilities

Manage & deploy local IT projects; roll out global initiatives in India
Oversee IT infrastructure (servers, network, security, software) & service desk operations
Vendor management for IT services and procurement negotiations
Support Tally Prime operations and ERP integration
Ensure ITIL-based processes for incident/change/problem management
Manage CCTV, VC devices, and telephony systems
Lead and mentor IT support teams, ensuring SLA adherence

Qualifications

Graduate/Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / Hardware & Networking

Required Skills

Strong infrastructure & network knowledge (Fortinet, Cisco, VMware, Veeam, Azure)
ITIL foundation/certification preferred
Experience in Automation / MES & global IT team coordination
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JD Edwards)
Knowledge of ISO27001/2 is a plus
Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
