Assistant Sales Manager

Hi All,

Looking for Assistant Sales Manager for Ahmedabad location.

About the Role

This position shall be part of West sales team, representing the sales organization in Gujarat & Central region (Full Gujarat state, Dadara Nagar Haveli, Northern Mumbai, Indore Region). The role is responsible for driving business growth with respect to order intake, sales, and related performance of the company in the allocated territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate RFQs and collect data through physical visits.
• Forward proposals to customers and present the proposals.
• Engage in techno-commercial negotiations.
• Communicate with the Application team to develop proposals and provide the right solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with the projects team to execute projects smoothly.
• Ensure accuracy in offering solutions, budget numbers (order intake & sales), and customer satisfaction with close customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering field (Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical).

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years in sales in conveyor automation/conveyor belts/pneumatic/motor selling & proposal engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in material handling, industrial engineering, automation, etc.
• Candidate should be from OEM selling equipment in FMCG, beverage, food, bearing, and auto segments.
• Willingness to travel extensively to generate RFQs and support the existing customer base within the allocated territory.
