Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gwalior for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, presenting Rayzon Solar's products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless customer onboarding process. Additional duties may include meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the renewable energy or solar technology industry is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for managing customer data and generating reports
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet sales targets effectively
• Experience in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field are preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an asset
• Experience in Solar Industry is must.
