Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (software, cloud, IoT, and IT infrastructure).
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and operations teams to create winning proposals and presentations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and management updates.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals to maximize profitability.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to meet revenue goals and manage multiple priorities effectively.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Managed IT Services.
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise sales.
  • Established network of corporate and government clients.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
