Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Telecaller at Logimetrix Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce the company’s products and services, handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads. Daily tasks include maintaining a record of calls and relevant details, updating customer databases, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and handling inquiries
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Any bachelor's degree; a background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
