Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Bhubaneswar. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our services, and answering customer queries. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up on leads, and meeting daily and monthly call targets. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage time effectively Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
