About the Role:

motivated and confident Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information professionally.
• Maintain a positive relationship with existing and potential clients.
• Keep records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Meet daily and weekly call or lead targets.
• Gather feedback and share insights with the team to improve processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English, Hindi, and Marathi

  (fluency required).
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Must have a

  stable internet connection
