Sales and Marketing Representative

You are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to spread brand awareness, conduct on-ground promotions, and generate high-quality leads from residential societies and commercial hubs in South Mumbai and beyond. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early professionals to gain hands-on experience in marketing and business development in a fast-growing startup. Conduct door-to-door marketing and promotional activities in housing societies and corporate offices. Organize and execute branding events, stalls, and awareness campaigns in targeted localities. Interact directly with potential customers to explain our services and collect leads. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to support offline-to-online lead conversion. Distribute flyers, product samples, and other branded materials as part of campaigns. Maintain daily lead generation reports and activity logs. Support social media content collection during on-ground events. You should be a graduate in any discipline (Marketing or Business background preferred) with 02 years of experience in field marketing, sales, promotions, or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. You should be comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with new people. Being fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a bonus) is essential. An energetic, punctual, and target-driven attitude is highly valued.
