Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to promote our products and services, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and support marketing initiatives. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets while contributing creatively to marketing campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to schools, institutions, corporates, and other prospects.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads until closure.
• Maintain client records using CRM tools.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
• Create content inputs for social media, brochures, presentations, and other marketing material.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
