JD FOR IT SALES MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER LOCATION – CHENNAI ( T NAGAR) *ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS CAN APPLY* We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated IT Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Outreach Research and identify potential leads in target markets. Assist in creating and managing contact lists for outreach campaigns. Reach out to prospects via emails, calls, or social media platforms. Sales Support Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Follow up on leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Assist in maintaining CRM systems by updating client information. Market Research Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Gather competitor insights to improve sales strategies. Client Engagement Shadow senior sales executives during client meetings and calls. Support in resolving client queries and ensuring excellent customer service. Other Responsibilities Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities. Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in sales and business development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Product Line : Experience in selling Enterprise Solution which includes (IT-Solution sales, Datacenter solution, IT -Storage, Server Sales, Networking Solutions - Switches, Routers, Firewall, Voice, Wireless Solutions, Passive components, Business Consulting & Infrastructure Management Services).
