· Run personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage potential leads
· Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events
· Book discovery calls and demos for Business Development Managers
· Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and pipeline data
· Track outreach performance and optimize messaging for higher conversions
· Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure smooth hand-off of qualified opportunities
· Graduate degree in any stream
· Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
· Ability to engage with senior decision-makers confidently
· Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation
· Persistent, target-driven, and self-motivated
· Based in Pune, with flexibility for travel if needed
· Clear growth path into Business Development Manager and high-ticket sales roles
· Training and mentorship in consultative sales and enterprise selling
· Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
