We’re looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the data analytics space. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will engage leads, manage demos and proposals, and drive end-to-end closures of B2B deals. You will work closely with the founders and sales leadership team to build strong relationships with clients and help the company achieve ambitious growth targets.
• Engage with inbound and referred leads, qualify them effectively, and move them through the pipeline
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and schedule product/service demos
• Collaborate with the team to prepare tailored proposals, commercial offers, and presentations
• Manage follow-ups, lead negotiations, and take ownership of driving deal closures
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets
