Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Manager, located in Pune. The role involves managing IT sales, generating leads, and handling account management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic planning, client interaction, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients, presenting solutions, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction.


As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Engaging and qualifying inbound & referred leads
  2. Conducting discovery calls and scheduling demos
  3. Preparing proposals and managing follow-ups
  4. Owning the closure of high-value B2B deals
  5. Building strong relationships with mid-to-senior level decision-makers


Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or end-to-end closures
  • IT Sales and Sales skills
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Information Technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in IT sales or related field is a plus

Location:

Pune (with flexibility for outstation travel)
