About the Role

IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of IT services and SaaS solutions, achieving and exceeding set targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Understand client business challenges and propose tailored IT/AI service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical and consulting teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand the business network.
• Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in

  IT services and SaaS sales

  .
• Prior experience in an

  IT consulting firm

  is mandatory.
• Experience in

  AI services sales

  is a plus.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, SaaS models, and enterprise sales cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to

  50% of the month

  for business purposes.
• Ability to join within

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree in Sales/Marketing/IT.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
