Information Technology Sales Manager

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key members, establishing strong relationships, and serving as their main point of contact for all their needs. Your role will involve proactively managing and nurturing member relationships, understanding their specific requirements and challenges in order to deliver exceptional service and engagement. You will be tasked with developing trusted relationships with senior leaders and CXOs of the organizations, as well as devising and implementing strategies to enhance member engagement through various initiatives, events, and programs. Tracking and analyzing key member engagement metrics, generating reports, and extracting insights to support strategic decision-making will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in assisting new companies looking to establish operations in India by providing them with essential details about the industry, talent landscape, and more, and connecting them with relevant key stakeholders. Active participation in various initiatives to ensure seamless execution and member satisfaction, as well as efforts to acquire new members that align with the existing ecosystem, will be key aspects of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to continuously enhance your knowledge and understanding of the technology and services industry, digital transformation, emerging technologies, and future growth paths. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or technology, with a solid understanding of account management and relationship management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct research, identify new prospects, and demonstrate market intelligence capabilities. An MBA or Masters degree in technology and/or business management is preferred, along with a good understanding of the Tech Ecosystem.
