Service Now Scrum Master

The Scrum Master role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for supporting projects and global operations for ServiceNow, consulting with customers and users on platform-related requirements. This position requires a team player with strong team-building skills and a motivation to lead by example. Your tasks and responsibilities will include: - Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Removing impediments that hinder team progress - Collaborating with Platform Owner, Platform Architect, and Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog - Tracking and reporting key Agile metrics - Ensuring development efforts align with platform and business needs as well as compliance requirements - Guiding the team in Agile best practices and promoting continuous improvement - Training stakeholders in writing relevant themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Supporting in writing and refining themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Education & Training requirements for this role: - University degree or equivalent recognized degree - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master - Experience in ServiceNow implementation projects - Intercultural experience - Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working style - Ability to take on the perspective of a user or customer to identify necessary improvements from both viewpoints - Interest in new and innovative solution approaches - Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented demeanor - Experience and confidence in public speaking situations - Very good English skills, both written and spoken Mandatory technical know-how includes: - Experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a ServiceNow development environment - Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) - Familiarity with ServiceNow applications and implementations, e.g., in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, and LSD processes - Proficiency with the ServiceNow Agile Development capabilities - Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification required - ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus - Understanding of ServiceNow processes It would be good to have knowledge in: - ServiceNow Developer - ITSM certification - Integration with other platforms,
