About the Role

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and creative workstations (Mac & Windows).
Manage incident response and troubleshooting across software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of key creative tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and G-Suite.
Handle user onboarding, access control, and IT inductions for new employees.
Oversee asset and inventory management, ensuring all systems are tracked, licensed, and audit-ready.
Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to support digital workflows and media-heavy environments.
Administer network and security systems including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection.
Lead process improvements in data backup, recovery, and business continuity planning.
Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, software renewals, and AMC management.
Maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold agency data security protocols.

Technical Expertise Required
