Information Technology Manager

1. Qualification

• Strong leadership experience in managing large development teams (50+ people).
• Proven track record of setting up and scaling offshore IT teams.
• Experience in people management, talent retention, and ability to recruit and retain top talent in the offshore location.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing IT processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, cloud technologies, and security best practices.
• Experience with modern architectures, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Outstanding knowledge of various IT systems
• Familiarity with technology stack such as C#, .NET, JAVA, networking, security.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with the main office IT team.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and drive effective collaboration.
• Experience working in distributed teams and managing time zone differences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle operational challenges.
• Should have 10+ years experience.

2. Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop strategies for our COE IT department
• Implement new strategies and optimize existing strategies
• Hire new key roles for IT department
• Plan together with HOD’s and oversee IT department’s projects
• Work closely with IT Director and HOD’s in main office
