QA Hiring - Chennai - 2 nos

Position Details:

Role: Senior Performance Test Engineer / Automation Test Lead

Experience: 8–10 years

Domain Preference: Fintech / Trading / Banking (preferred)

Key Expectations from the Candidate:

Strong experience in load, stress, spike, and endurance testing for mobile and web applications.
Hands-on expertise with tools like JMeter (mandatory), LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or K6.
Exposure to mobile app performance testing using device farms or backend API-based load simulation.
Ability to perform API-level performance testing and backend bottleneck analysis.
Experience in using APM tools such as Datadog, AppDynamics or Dynatrace.
Strong skills in performance analysis, report preparation, and tuning recommendations.
Capable of driving end-to-end performance strategy independently and collaborating with Dev, Infra, and QA teams.
