Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Influencer Marketing specialist who’s enthusiastic about content creators, social media, and the digital world. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, follows creators, and is eager to learn the ropes of influencer-driven campaigns.

You’ll work closely with the senior marketing team to support influencer outreach, campaign execution, and performance tracking for exciting brands across fashion, tech, lifestyle, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in researching and identifying relevant influencers on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

-Support outreach efforts DMs, emails, and follow-ups with creators

-Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns

-Help maintain influencer databases and keep records up to date

-Track content performance (views, likes, shares, comments) and prepare basic reports

-Monitor industry trends, viral content, and new creator movements

-Collaborate with internal teams (creative, client servicing, strategy) for campaign alignment

-Assist in preparing mood boards, campaign decks, and briefs when required

Requirements:

-0–1 year of experience (internships in influencer/digital marketing are a plus)

-Strong interest in influencer culture and social media trends

-Excellent communication and coordination skills

-Organized and detail-oriented

-Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools

-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

-A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Good to Have:

-Basic design skills (Canva or similar)

-Knowledge of pop culture, Gen Z trends, and youth marketing
