Role Overview

Influencer Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and collaborate with influencers & creators across fashion, lifestyle, and wellness niches.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiations, briefs, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• Create engaging influencer briefs that inspire authentic storytelling.
• Track influencer content performance, prepare reports, and optimize ROI.
• Stay on top of Instagram & social media trends, platforms, and viral formats.
• Work with the content & design teams to integrate influencer activities into larger campaigns.
• Occasionally conceptualize and be the 

  face of PINQ Polka

   content.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (fashion / lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong grasp of Instagram reels, influencer collaborations, and social media trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset to track ROI, engagement, and campaign KPIs.
• Bonus: You’re comfortable being in front of the camera and ideating content yourself.
