In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and content creators onto our platform. You will play a critical role in scaling our creator network and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that aligns with performance marketing goals. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Source Creators: Research and reach out to relevant influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on campaign requirements and performance goals. Onboarding & Activation : Coordinate the onboarding process, including documentation, platform walkthroughs, payment setup, and campaign alignment. Campaign Collaboration : Work closely with the performance marketing team to brief influencers and creators on campaign objectives, content guidelines, and KPIs. Performance Tracking : Ensure creators are aligned with performance goals (CPA, CPL, ROAS) and help optimize their content strategies for better results. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage long-term collaboration and platform loyalty. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (preferably in a performance marketing environment). Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers for CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPA (Cost Per Action), and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously. Proficient with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards. A strong network of creators and influencers is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Self-starter with a passion for influencer culture and digital trends. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience working in fast-paced, target-driven environments. Knowledge of affiliate marketing or creator-led performance campaigns.
