Job Title: Influencer/Affiliate marketing Executive – Performance Marketing Location: Noida Department: Marketing / Creator Partnerships Experience Level: 1-5 years Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented, innovative thinker who can work with creators and influencers at scale, bringing them onboard and supporting them in growing their presence . In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers and content creators onto our platform. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Source Creators: Research and reach out to relevant influencers and creators across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) based on campaign requirements and performance goals. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage long-term collaboration and platform loyalty. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships (preferably in a performance marketing environment). Identify, reach out to, and onboard influencers for CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPA (Cost Per Action), and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously. Proficient with influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards. A strong network of creators and influencers is a plus. Preferred Attributes: Self-starter with a passion for influencer culture and digital trends.
