Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Executive

You will play a key role in the Marketing / Creator Partnerships department as an Influencer/Affiliate Marketing Executive in Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators, contributing to the growth and success of our creator network. It is essential to work closely with creators to align their strategies with performance marketing goals and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your tasks will include researching and sourcing influencers, collaborating with the performance marketing team on campaign objectives, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining strong relationships with creators. Your ability to communicate effectively, negotiate efficiently, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously will be crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards is required, and having a strong network of creators and influencers will be advantageous. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 1-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships, preferably in a performance marketing environment. Knowledge of CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPA (Cost Per Action), and CPL (Cost Per Lead) campaigns is necessary, along with a passion for influencer culture and digital trends. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments are highly desirable attributes.
