Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end creator content execution by identifying, briefing, and collaborating with creators to develop impactful content. - Develop and manage the social media content strategy across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Cultivate a vibrant community by engaging with customers and followers through comments, direct messages, and community channels. - Serve as the brand's voice across all social and creator touchpoints. - Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive storytelling. - Track and optimize the performance of content and engagement strategies. - Execute outreach initiatives that enhance brand equity and emotional connection. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management. - Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and creator ecosystems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture. - Highly self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. - Collaborative team player with a bias for action and accountability. - Prior experience in community-facing roles is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
