Job Description

Role Overview: Urban Company is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Associate Brand Marketing to develop Native's brand strategy and communication across the funnel. This role involves crafting original content, collaborating with creators, and implementing GTM strategies to drive growth for Native RO & Locks while establishing Native as a trusted consumer solutions brand. Key Responsibilities: - **GTM Strategy & Funnel Communication:** - Understand the customer journey thoroughly and tailor communication for each stage - from awareness to conversions. - Develop distinct communication strategies for different stages of the funnel like awareness, consideration, and conversion for Native products. - Collaborate with GTM and growth teams to ensure messaging aligns with product launches, seasonal moments, and revenue objectives. - **Content & Social Strategy:** - Create and execute the brand and social strategy across platforms like Instagram and YouTube, utilizing various content formats to convey meaningful stories. - Manage the content calendar and storytelling roadmap, maintaining consistency in tone, voice, and brand narrative. - Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, or freelancers to produce visually compelling and strategically aligned content. - **Creator Partnerships & Brand Endorsement:** - Identify and collaborate with creators who resonate with Native's values and can effectively engage with their communities. - Establish a network of creators/KOLs to become long-term advocates for the brand. Qualifications Required: - You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience at a brand(s) or agency, focusing on building beloved consumer brands. - Experience in growing brands & businesses using content is a bonus. - A blend of strategic vision, creative thinking, and analytical business acumen is crucial. - Customer-centric approach, with the ability to communicate the value proposition authentically. - Proficiency in managing end-to-end brand/content campaigns and working with agencies. - Strong passion for brands with a strategic understanding of content's role in consumer touchpoints. - Curiosity to utilize research for strategic decision-making. - Comfortable in managing multiple projects in a dynamic startup environment. - Excellent communication skills to articulate viewpoints and align stakeholders towards common objectives. - Proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.,
