Role Overview

Influencer Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Scout & recruit influencers

  who align with Noah's mission, tone, and target audience.

• Negotiate collaborations

  (UGC videos, ambassador deals, or sponsored posts) with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

• Build and manage long-term relationships

  with creators and agencies, ensuring consistent collaboration flow.

• Track and optimize performance dashboards

  monitoring views, CTR, conversions, and ROI.

• Test, analyze, and iterate

  content angles, creator types, and markets to maximize performance.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  with design and growth teams to develop creative briefs and campaign assets.

• Report insights weekly

  on influencer ROI and next-step strategy.

What We're Looking For

• 25+ years in

  influencer marketing or creator partnerships

  (ideally for a D2C app, lifestyle, or wellness brand).
• Proven experience

  scouting, negotiating, and managing influencer collaborations

  .
• Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Deep understanding of

  TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems

  .
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, scrappy, and resourceful able to manage multiple creator relationships at once.
• Experience with tools like

  Modash, Collabstr, Grin, or TikTok Creator Marketplace

  is a plus.
