Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer coordination, communication, and campaign execution.

• Create high-quality UGC videos on camera (Reels / Shorts style).

• Develop content ideas, scripts, hooks, and concepts for UGC and social media.

• Assist in managing social media calendars and posting schedules.

• Track performance of influencer campaigns and maintain reports.

• Stay updated with viral trends, formats, and platform best practices.

• Ensure brand consistency across content and collaborations.

Requirements

• Must be comfortable and confident appearing on camera.

• Strong understanding of UGC content, short-form video formats, and influencer marketing.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to ideate and create engaging on-camera content.

• Basic knowledge of social media content planning.

• Creative mindset with good storytelling skills.
