Job Description

As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading all creator-driven initiatives and building a strong UGC ecosystem. Your role will also include acting as a Creative Strategist, where you will craft concepts, content directions, and campaign ideas to enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute an end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across micro, nano, and mid-tier creators. - Lead the full influencer lifecycle, including discovery, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retained partnerships. - Manage monthly influencer programs, such as seeding, barter, and selective paid campaigns. - Build a consistent pipeline of UGC for ads, website assets, and brand storytelling. - Oversee content briefs, timelines, reviews, and quality control. - Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards. - Track and analyze campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and present insights to the founders. - Strengthen creator relationships and cultivate a long-term creator community around our brand. Qualifications Required: - Experience in influencer marketing and working with creators of various sizes. - Strong creative thinking and the ability to develop unique campaign ideas. - Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. - Familiarity with content trends and the ability to translate them into brand-first concepts. In this role, you will also be involved in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas optimized for nano, micro, and small creators. You will identify content and platform trends and guide creators with strong briefs and direction for storytelling. Additionally, you will work closely with the founders and internal teams to shape creative campaigns for ads, launches, and brand communication, using performance insights to refine creative directions and build new UGC formats.,
