Brand Marketing Manager - D2C

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Execution Build and implement the brand marketing roadmap across ATL, BTL, and digital channels Run integrated campaigns involving celebrities, influencers, UGC, store activations, PR, and offline media Craft compelling narratives that build brand love and elevate product perception Lead product launches from a brand POV with cross-functional coordination Consumer & Market Intelligence Gather deep insights into consumer behavior across regions, cities, and subcultures Conduct brand sentiment analysis and track brand equity over time Benchmark against competitors and identify whitespace opportunities Influence NPD by bringing consumer and market feedback into product strategy Cross-Functional Collaboration Align brand plans with distribution strategy to ensure presence in key marketing zones Work closely with the Sales team, channel partners, and regional teams to build insights Partner with agencies and vendors for creative, media, and on-ground execution Track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report impact across metrics The Impact You’ll Create in This Role Brand Equity : Recognition, loyalty, and consumer willingness to pay premium Market Share : Growth in target segments and geographies Campaign ROI : Returns on marketing spend and performance of each campaign Customer Engagement : Social shares, comments, repeat purchases, and interactions Innovation Index : Frequency and success of new product rollouts or market expansions Qualifications & Skills 4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG/D2C/consumer-first startups MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Strong knowledge of ATL, BTL, digital media planning, and execution Analytical thinker with experience in campaign measurement and marketing ROI tools Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation Self-starter with high ownership and creative problem-solving mindset Show more Show less
