Community Specialist

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and execution-driven individual to take on the role of Content & Community Specialist. In this position, your main focus will be on leading creator content development, social media storytelling, and community engagement across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with creators and internal teams to produce high-performing content that aligns with Daughter Earth's voice, vision, and values. Additionally, you will be responsible for nurturing the digital community by engaging meaningfully with followers, creators, and customers. This role is highly impactful and offers the opportunity to shape the brand narrative and grow alongside Daughter Earth over the next 5+ years. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end creator content execution by identifying, briefing, and collaborating with creators to develop impactful content. - Develop and manage the social media content strategy across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube. - Cultivate a vibrant community by engaging with customers and followers through comments, direct messages, and community channels. - Serve as the brand's voice across all social and creator touchpoints. - Collaborate with internal teams (performance marketing, design, product) to ensure cohesive storytelling. - Track and optimize the performance of content and engagement strategies. - Execute outreach initiatives that enhance brand equity and emotional connection. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management. - Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and creator ecosystems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture. - Highly self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. - Collaborative team player with a bias for action and accountability. - Prior experience in community-facing roles is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
