Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in content, creator partnerships, or community management. - Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends and creator ecosystems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for memes, hooks, formats, and internet culture. - Highly self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight. - Collaborative team player with a bias for action and accountability. - Prior experience in community-facing roles is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
