The Role

Senior Sales Lead – Brand Partnerships

You’ll bring in brands that are ready to think big, collaborate deeply, and invest meaningfully in influencer-led storytelling. This role is for someone who already knows the ecosystem — someone who can walk into a room and command trust because they’ve been here before.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow long-term partnerships with leading brands and agencies.
• Bring your existing network of clients into the Earnly ecosystem.
• Pitch influencer-first ideas that align with brand vision and business outcomes.
• Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to design powerful creator campaigns.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of influencer trends, emerging creators, and platform shifts.
• Drive consistent revenue growth while nurturing strong, lasting relationships.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in brand partnerships, and PROCURED BUDGETS OF More than 30L+ MONTHLY.

• Proven track record of month-on-month 20% revenue growth

• A proven network of decision-makers across FMCG, lifestyle, fashion, tech, and consumer brands.
• A deep understanding of influencer marketing and social media ecosystems.
• Strategic thinking, persuasive communication, and impeccable relationship-building skills.
• A mix of hustle, charm, and business acumen that turns conversations into retainers.
