Brand Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Brand Sales Manager (AD Sales) in Bangalore, working from the office in a day shift for 6 days a week at an entry or associate level seniority, your primary role will involve conceptualizing digital solutions with the creative team to meet client and brand requirements. You will be responsible for driving sales pitches independently, reaching out to brands and agencies, creating new monetization opportunities, and ensuring seamless execution for our company. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients/brands and offer advertising services - Initiate discussions with brands through emails, calls, and scheduled meetings - Deliver sales pitches to convince clients to subscribe to advertising space - Explain the features of available ad space and rates - Negotiate and finalize deals following company's contract guidelines - Forecast, measure, and report project results with partners - Maintain strong relationships with current partners and explore new growth opportunities - Provide excellent partner experience, acting as the liaison internally - Manage and scale revenue pipeline with advertisers and online ad networks/agencies - Collaborate with senior management and marketing teams to align internal goals with partner relationships Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong stakeholder management skills - Ability in conflict resolution and self-motivation - Proven track record of being a go-getter and willingness to contribute to the company's growth story - Bachelor's or Master's degree (Note: The job may involve an overall revenue target and moderate travel requirements.),
