Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and executesales strategies to build brand partnerships to sell PFC recycled plastics.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors (automotive, packaging, construction, FMCG, etc.).
  • Manage existing customeraccounts and ensureconsistent order flow.
  • Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to offer customized solutions based on client needs.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with procurement, technical, and decision-making teams.
  • Monitor market trends,competitor activities, and pricing to recommend changes.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual salestargets.
  • Attend industry events,trade shows, and exhibitions to generate leads and network.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers.
  • Maintain CRM tools with updatedsales pipeline and client information.
