Information Technology Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, hardware, solutions, and services). Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to optimize performance and meet sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Work closely with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Can Manager both Government and Private ProjectsMutually 4–5 years of experience in IT sales or business development. Strong understanding of IT products and services (e.g., Panel, Laptop and Computer etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
