Position Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Product Manager with 5–7 years of hands-on experience spanning Product Strategy, Engineering Collaboration, and Growth/Marketing Initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring a unique blend of technical fluency, customer obsession, and business acumen. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder—someone who can speak the language of engineers, resonate with the marketing team, and champion the voice of the customer—all while driving execution and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap ● Define, prioritize, and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals. ● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify new opportunities. ● Translate business needs into clear product requirements and use cases. ● Define existing product segments based on market needs. ● Recommend and establish new product segments in consultation with the management, engineering, and marketing teams. ● Track customer feedback and recommend new product features and improvements. ● Track and drive timely releases of new product features. Engineering Collaboration ● Work closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver features on time and with high quality. ● Convert product specs into actionable user stories and epics. ● Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and remove roadblocks. Marketing & Growth ● Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and user onboarding. ● Define and track product KPIs including adoption, engagement, and retention metrics. ● Support creation of product messaging, demos, training materials, and feature announcements. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Quality and Regulatory Specialist to support the ongoing operation and improvement of medical devices Quality Management System (QMS). This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who is passionate about ensuring compliance and driving quality. Key Areas of Responsibility: Quality Management System (QMS) Management: Maintain the QMS to ensure the efficiency of the document control process and compliance with company procedures and related standards. Compliance and Audits: Lead QMS compliance with both internal procedures and external regulations. You'll ensure adherence to 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDSAP, and EU MDR , along with other country-specific requirements. You'll also take the lead on audits and inspections by regulatory bodies and internal quality teams, preparing for them and ensuring documentation is ready. Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) and Non-Conformance (NC) Management: Lead CAPA investigations from issue identification through to root cause analysis, resolution, and effectiveness checks. You will also directly assist CAPA and NC owners to ensure their records are complete and comply with standards such as 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and HIPAA . QMS Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in managing and improving a QMS, with a strong grasp of document control processes and how to maintain product-related quality documentation.
