If you love social media, understand trends, and can build relationships with influencers, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning: Assist in developing influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audience. Influencer Identification: Research and shortlist suitable influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Outreach & Negotiation: Reach out to influencers, manage communication, and negotiate deliverables and budgets. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators. Execution & Coordination: Ensure timely execution of campaigns by coordinating between creators, clients, and internal teams. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, etc.) and prepare post-campaign reports. Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with digital trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities. Compliance: Ensure all content is brand-safe and adheres to advertising guidelines and platform policies. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (internships included). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of social media platforms and creator ecosystems. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Organized, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker. Passion for pop culture, trends, and the creator economy. Bonus Points If You: Have worked with influencer discovery tools like Winkl, Upfluence, or One Impression. Have experience in the fashion, beauty, tech, or lifestyle domain.
