Senior Influencer Marketing

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with client objectives (awareness, engagement, sales, etc.) Influencer Identification & Outreach: Source relevant macro/micro/nano influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) based on brand needs. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with influencers, content creators, and talent agencies. Campaign Execution: End-to-end management of campaigns – from brief creation and negotiation to content review, scheduling, and go-live. Client Communication: Present campaign ideas, progress, and reports to clients. Collaborate with account managers for seamless delivery. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize strategies for maximum ROI and engagement. Trendspotting: Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and viral content. Leverage pop culture and trending formats in campaign ideation. Team Collaboration: Guide junior team members and interns. Coordinate with creative and media buying teams.
