Junior Solutions Strategist (Creators & Influencers)

What you'll do:

• Scout, shortlist, and pitch the right creators for campaigns.
• Build influencer strategies that align with brand goals but feel natural to audiences.
• Work with clients to crack campaign angles, and with creators to execute them authentically.
• Track campaign performance and tweak strategies on the go.
• Jam with the creative + content team to make influencer-led ideas bigger and bolder.

What you'll need:

• Curiosity about internet culture, creators, and what makes them click.
• Research skills that go beyond the first page of Google.
• Communication chops — you’ll be talking to both brand managers and creators daily.
• Analytical thinking + a creative streak.

• A marketing degree with buzzwords.
